Dr. Kassidy provides one-on-one physical therapy in Frankenmuth to help you recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve movement. She treats a variety of conditions including sports injuries (all ages of athletes), general aches and pains, pre operative preparation, post-op recovery, vertigo, and concussions. Each session is tailored to your goals using a combination of hands-on care, exercise, and education to get you back to doing what you love.

I offer educational workshops/talks for teams, coaches, gyms, and organizations looking to learn more about injury programming and performance. Topics can include proper lifting mechanics, managing low back pain, sports recovery, nutrition basics, and how to train safely through injuries. Each session is interactive, evidence-based, and tailored to your group’s specific needs and goals.

Return to sport testing evaluates an athlete’s physical readiness and functional performance to ensure a safe and effective return to their sport after injury or surgery.

Concussion testing assesses cognitive, balance, and neurological function to monitor recovery and guide safe return to activity after a head injury.

Online injury and pain screenings are virtual assessments designed to help individuals understand the potential causes of their discomfort and determine the next steps for treatment. These screenings involve answering questions about symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle, followed by guidance from a licensed doctor of physical therapy. They are convenient, accessible, and can provide insights into whether further medical attention or therapy is needed, helping users make informed decisions about their health.

An athlete performance and injury risk screening is an overcomplicated way of saying.. a test to look at how an athlete moves, their strength, their power and their symmetry. Davis Injury and Prevention uses the VALD ForceDecks, VALD DynaMo and other objective based measures to screen an athlete for injury risk and/or specialize programming based on measures and client goals.

Dr. Kassidy Davis, physical therapist and owner of Davis Injury and Prevention, founded her business in 2024 to address a common issue she witnessed: patients leaving quick doctor visits with hefty bills, unnecessary imaging, and ineffective treatments. Motivated by her passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Kassidy created a company focused on thorough evaluations, education, and personalized treatment programs to address the root causes of pain and injury.

My son broke his leg and needed PT. We 1st went to a place that took our insurance for a couple apts and it was not beneficial. We ended up choosing to coming to Dr. Kassidy and paying out of pocket. BEST DECISION! We should have just went that route in the first place. It was well worth it. Kassidy was AMAZING with him. If you are looking for a physical therapist, look no further. Kassidy is an extremely competent professional who also finds a way to make therapy fun. I'm an active person who wasn't excited at the prospect of having to reduce/alter my workouts. Kassidy met me where I was at and developed a program that would allow me to remain active while rehabbing my injury. She modified our sessions on the fly to account for my level of soreness or fatigue and included dry needling (she's amazing at it, btw) once we discovered how much better I felt afterwards. I always felt like Kassidy was serving as my advocate without trying to push an agenda - surgery, injections, etc. Book an appointment, you won't be sorry!
